No. It is document analysis. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and it is not a substitute for a lawyer. What it does is make you the most prepared person in the room when you sit down with yours.
Yes, up to six. If they're all about one deal - the contract, its addenda, a counter - they're read together as one agreement and it costs you one contract. If you send two versions of the same document, you get a sixth document: every difference that matters, side by side. If they turn out to be separate deals, I'll tell you before anything is used and you decide.
