That is the whole product promise, so it goes first and everything else on this page is detail underneath it.
Your uploaded file exists on the server for the minutes it takes to read it, then it is overwritten and deleted. The documents you download are destroyed 72 hours later, or the second you click Destroy. There is no copy, no backup, no archive. Nothing you upload is ever used to train a model. The only thing that survives is your receipt.
You upload a PDF. It is written to a working folder, turned into page images, and those images are sent to Anthropic's API to be read. The moment the analysis is built, both the PDF and the page images are overwritten and removed - that cleanup runs whether the job succeeded or failed, and a sweeper deletes any orphaned working folder within the hour regardless.
The documents produced for you sit in your account for 72 hours so you can download them, then they are destroyed automatically. You can destroy them yourself at any point before that from your dashboard.
Your email address, so the account exists and you can sign back in. The date of each run, the number of pages, and a one-line description of the deal so your dashboard is not blank. Your PayPal order reference and amount, because that is a business record I am required to keep. That is the list.
I do not keep the contract, the analysis text, the parties, the price, or anything else out of the document once the outputs expire.
Three companies, each doing one job:
Anthropic reads the page images to produce the analysis. This runs on their commercial API, where submitted content is not used to train their models.
PayPal handles every payment. Your card never touches this site - I never see it, never store it, and could not retrieve it if I wanted to.
Resend delivers your sign-in emails.
Railway hosts the application and the disk it runs on.
Nobody else. Your contract is not shared with a partner, a brokerage, a lender, an advertiser or a data broker, and there is nothing here to sell even if I were inclined to - it is deleted.
Signing in works by a one-time link emailed to you - good once, good for thirty minutes, no password to invent. The only cookie set is the one that keeps you signed in. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers on this site.
Everything runs over HTTPS. Your documents are reachable only from your own signed-in account. No system is perfect, and the honest mitigation here is the deletion schedule - the window in which there is anything of yours to lose is measured in hours.
Destroy your documents right now - the button is on your dashboard. Delete your account and the email address behind it. Tell you exactly what is held for you. Ask on the contact page and it is done inside a few days, usually the same day.
One exception: PayPal order records stay, because a business has to keep its receipts.
This is a product for people signing contracts. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.
