Silverback Contracts reads a contract you upload and hands you back documents that explain it - a plain-English summary, every term that moves money, every deadline turned into a real calendar date, questions written to be read aloud to your attorney, and a marked-up copy of your own document.

Contract law is state law, and it is not the same in Nebraska as it is in Iowa, Texas or Florida. The analysis reads the document in front of it - it does not check your state's statutes, your local ordinances, your HOA, or the rules of whatever board or association wrote the form. Your attorney does that, and the whole point of these documents is that you walk in already knowing what to ask.
I will never tell you what a court will decide, what the other side will agree to, or how your deal will land. Anyone who does is guessing.
The analysis is written from the position the uploader is most likely in, and it says on the first page which side it assumed. If it assumed wrong, the facts are still right but the emphasis is not - email me and I will re-run it for the other side at no charge.
This is software reading a document, and software gets things wrong. Every date, dollar figure and deadline in what you receive is a starting point you confirm against your own contract and with your own attorney before you act on it. Do not sign, waive, terminate, wire or miss anything on the strength of these documents alone.
Upload documents you are a party to, or that you have the right to share. Do not upload anyone else's confidential documents, anything under a protective order, or anything you are not allowed to disclose. Up to six PDFs per run, up to 120 pages across the upload.
Your uploaded file lives on the server for as long as it takes to read it, then it is overwritten and deleted. The documents you download are destroyed 72 hours later, or the second you click Destroy. No copy, no backup, no archive, and nothing is ever used to train a model. The Privacy page spells this out in detail.
One contract is a one-time charge. The three-pack is a one-time charge for three. The memberships bill through PayPal on the schedule shown at checkout and renew automatically until you cancel - you can cancel any time from your PayPal account or by emailing me, and cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period.
Unlimited means one person or one business. In practice that is up to five contracts a day and forty in a rolling thirty days. If you run a team's caseload or a law firm, that is a different product - email me and I will build you a plan that fits.
You get the complete analysis before you decide whether it was worth $149. Read it. If it did not give you more than that in clarity before you walked into your attorney's office, email me inside 7 days and I refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no explaining yourself.
One thing to know going in: a refunded email address is switched off for future purchases. That is not a punishment - the guarantee is real and I honor it without argument, and in exchange it gets used once rather than as a way to read contracts for free. If you are refunded and later want back in, ask me on the contact page and I turn it back on myself.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Inspired Foundations LLC's total liability for anything connected to this service is limited to what you paid for the run in question. I am not liable for a deal that fell apart, a deadline you missed, a term you agreed to, or anything else that follows from a decision you made. You are the one signing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. I can change them, and the date at the top changes when I do. If a piece of this is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
