Terms of the courses and Operations

Plain English, because you should know exactly what you are buying before you buy it.

What this covers

This page covers the three Ambitiously Lazy courses - Influence Intensive, Time Back Playbook and Million Dollar Portfolio Blueprint, each sold Self-paced, Live or Inner Circle - and Ambitiously Lazy Operations, the monthly engagement sold in three tiers: Backbone, Momentum and Command. Silverback Contracts has its own terms, linked from its own pages.

What this is not

Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing in any course or in Operations is a guarantee of any result. A course teaches a method I use myself and have taught from stage for years - what you do with it is on you. Operations is me and my team running parts of your business alongside you - it is not a promise of a specific outcome, and results depend on the business we are handed.

What it costs

Each course is sold at three tiers, cumulative - Live carries everything Self-paced has plus the weekly group call, and Inner Circle carries everything Live has plus three private hours with me and my direct line. Influence Intensive runs $497 Self-paced, $1,997 Live, $6,999 Inner Circle. Time Back Playbook runs $997, $2,997, $6,999. Million Dollar Portfolio Blueprint runs $1,497, $2,997, $6,999. Every tier is a one-time charge - none of them renew.

Operations is priced per month: $3,500 for Backbone, $7,500 for Backbone plus Momentum, and $15,000 for Backbone plus Momentum plus Command. Every Operations client signs a Client Service Agreement before we start, and that agreement governs. Here is what it says, in short:

• The term. A 12-month agreement, or month to month. On either, the first three months are noncancelable. After that you can leave with 30 days' written notice.
• The setup fee. One month's fee ($3,500 / $7,500 / $15,000). It is waived on the 12-month agreement, and it comes due if you leave a 12-month agreement before month 12. Month to month pays it at signing.
• Four ways to pay. The year in full, 12 months for the price of 11 ($38,500 / $82,500 / $165,000). Quarterly in advance ($10,500 / $22,500 / $45,000). A weekly bank draft of one quarter of the monthly fee ($875 / $1,875 / $3,750 a week, 52 weeks a year). Or month to month.
• The profit share. Each quarter you pay the greater of your fees or 40 percent of the increase in your net operating profit over your starting point. You keep at least 60 percent of every dollar we add, and all of it until the increase passes two and a half times our fee.
• Fees are final. The setup fee and prepaid fees are not refunded. The first weeks of every engagement go to building your AI setup, books and systems, and that cost is spent from day one.

The course money-back guarantee

Every course tier carries a 100% money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, tell me and you get every dollar back.

You have a second option instead of cash back: take the same amount as credit toward another Ambitiously Lazy product - Operations, a course at Live or Inner Circle, or Silverback Contracts. The one thing credit will not do is walk you into another course at Self-paced. That tier is priced for someone running it alone, and a refund is not a way to collect the library one course at a time.

One thing to know going in, the same as it works on Silverback Contracts: the guarantee is one per person, per product. An email address that has been refunded on a given course will not be used to buy that same course again. That is not a punishment - it is what lets me keep the guarantee this simple and this generous. If you were refunded and a good reason has you wanting back in, ask me on the contact page and I will look at it myself.

The Operations guarantees

Operations does not carry a money-back guarantee. It carries three guarantees with teeth, for clients who pay the year or the quarter up front, each on the conditions in the agreement. Every promised item is delivered unless you exclude it in writing.

• The 30-Day Backbone Promise. By day 30: your AI connected to your email, calendar, company chat and phone line; every login in a vault your company owns; the inventory of every repeating job and app with its cost in money and hours; your inbox in pursuit of single digits; and your last complete month of books reconciled. Miss one and we add a free month to your term.
• The Pays-For-Itself Guarantee. If the new revenue Momentum brings in has not passed $24,000 by the end of your second quarter, your third quarter is billed at the Backbone rate.
• The Fleet Standard. Every quarter on Command: a monthly strategy session, the quarterly in-room strategy session, Strengthology across your team with a team coaching session, a strategist in your corner between meetings, and the monthly close with a written summary of what to do next. You book each session from the link we send, and if one falls through on our side, we book you a replacement.

Every client, on every tier and every way to pay, gets the one guarantee I give everything: I guarantee the quality of the work.

Your data and your computers

We connect to your company's computers with ScreenConnect remote-access software. Every remote session is recorded and kept on file, so you and we both hold a record of exactly what was done on your machines, and you can switch our access off at any time. Every login stays in a vault your company owns - we never type, read or store a password. Bank feeds are read-only; we never move money or sign anything for you. Your data is never used to train any AI model. If you ever want your data and session recordings deleted from our systems, you sign a short Data Deletion and Hold Harmless Agreement and we delete them within 30 days and send you a certificate.

Where you stand if something goes wrong

To the fullest extent the law allows, Inspired Foundations LLC's total liability for anything connected to a course is limited to what you paid for it. For Operations, the Client Service Agreement sets the limit. I am not liable for a decision you made, a result you did not get, or anything else that follows from how you ran what you learned or what we built together.

The rest

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. I can change them, and the date at the top changes when I do. If a piece of this is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
